At the Big Strick Classic interviewing a bunch of high school prospects that can someday make the jump to the NBA, I also met with a Tri-State Classic organizer, Mousey, who has been involved with the Big Strick Classic since the beginning of the event. I was truly honored to interview him not just because of his coaching success at the Rucker but because of the way the Tri-State Classic is turning out as its’ 8th summer is winding down. It was truly and honor just meeting him but I got to interview him as well. So, here is my interview with Coach Mousey. This was my interview with Coach Mousey. It was a lot of fun at the Big Strick Classic with him and I really enjoyed him being there. It was an emotional interview because of the passing of one of his good friends and streetball legend, James "Stixx" Williams, #34 of Brooklyn. More interviews and highlights will be coming soon! Thanks for reading and please comment!

When I went to the Tri-State Classic, I saw lots of famous people and streetball legends. I met Gilbert Arenas and Fat Joe which I posted about in previous blogs, but I also interviewed streetball legend, Total Package. Total Package (TP), was a real beast when he used to play. Also, the name does not lie, he really is the Total Package. I also was fortunate enough to interview him and he had some great things to talk about with me. So, here is my interview with TP. This was my interview with TP, Total Package. He was very nice to interview and a really cool person to hang with. Also, we will be covering the Big Strick Classic all this weekend. So, thanks for reading and please comment!
On Friday, Team Fat Joe Melo defeated Team Kidd-Gilchrist, 76-67. It was tight for most of the way but near the end the Fat Joe Melo squad took over and ended it. Speaking of Team Fat Joe Melo, Fat Joe and Carmelo Anthony were there to support! They were there just as the park was getting packed. Also there was Cleanthony Early, the Knicks draft pick from this year. Also, we were invited to an Inside Streetball segment with the announcer Cha-Ching and a couple of players that had done well from both sides. So, here is the segment that the Inside Streetball team worked hard on and I think it came out great. Here is the Behind the Scenes video. I also met a streetball legend, Shane the dribble machine. You can follow him on Instagram and twitter with the tag @dribblemachine. Anyway, he was really nice to meet and he was very kind to us. I hope I can see him at another tournament sometime soon. So, to sum it up, team Fat Joe Melo comes away victorious and the Tri-State Classic was very excited to see Carmelo himself be there. I hope I can see him again sometime. Anyway, thanks for reading and please comment! When I went to the Tri-State Classic last Friday, I got the chance to meet the NBA’s own Gilbert Arenas. He is a really nice person and he was a pleasure to meet. He is really nice and cool to hang out with. When I saw him, I could not believe it was him and I actually also got to interview him!
